I must say, they did an excellent job. From start to finish, the service was professional and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was really straightforward. They were able to fit me in their time slot SAME DAY, even though they were pretty busy. They also took the time to explain to me the importance of cleaning and maintaining a clean dryer duct. They took photos and showed us the before and after pics of our air ducts, dryer vent, and fireplace. They put everything back in place when done, vacuumed any dirt (there wasn't much), and packed up, leaving our house looking like no one had even been there.   Aj's Duct Services did a great job on our home. AJ gave me a quote before starting work and never tried to up-sale or add in pricing. They arrived on... Read more time and got right to work. They wore shoe covers, were very careful throughout their work, and did a phenomenal job making sure everything was cleaned up before they left, taking care to sweep the floors, etc. Our stove hood was extremely filthy and thick with grease and AJ did a tremendous job ensuring it was thoroughly cleaned and it is now working so much better. In addition to servicing all the vents they also ensured our dryer vent was working properly.   We've had a bit of a persistent rodent problem for years, and since we finally got around to cleaning and proofing the attic, we decided we really needed to do... Read more some proper cleaning elsewhere as well. Specifically, there's a vent cavity underneath our downstairs furnace that was a prime rodent gathering spot.

Jorge got back to me fairly fast with a reasonable quote for cleaning both this cavity and my dryer vent. He also agreed to put some wire mesh along the walls if it was easily reachable for his team (which unfortunately it wasn't, but ah well; I understand, it's a small cavity).

His team arrived exactly on time, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that, unlike previous folks we've had work on our house, they always remembered to put on shoe covers every time they entered without needing to be prompted, which is an extra plus. They were very neat and gracious and did a good job both cleaning out the vents and also cleaning up after themselves when they were done. (I also didn't even know where my dryer vented out until they came over and found it for me, so thanks for that!)

It was also clear that they were doing their best with what they were able, and they spent a while brainstorming possible solutions to my mesh problem (since they weren't able to squeeze through the opening in order to place the mesh). It's unfortunate that nothing could really be done on that front, but not their fault since it really isn't a service they offer in the first place, so I'm just glad at their willingness to try and work something out regardless.

All in all, it was great working with them, and in the future, if I ever need similar work done, I'll definitely look for AJ's Duct Services again.
